3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Once approved, ship the product back or follow pickup instructions

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5โ€“7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items
  • Subject to product availability
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3โ€“5 days

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production begins
